Frequent FAQ's

WHAT'S MY RING SIZE?

The best most accurate way to know your true ring size is to get measured at a local jeweler. Most places will do it happily for free. If you are in between sizes, I would suggest going for the slightly bigger size. Keep in mind that FAWN offers half sizes (i.e sizes 5.5,6.5,7.5). If you desire any sizes that may not be readily in stock, don't worry, just shoot us an email and we will custom make your size. Once you email us and put in a request, we will let you know when that ring(s) will be ready to ship and email you an invoice. Payment is due before any work is started.

WHAT IF I SEE SOMETHING I LIKE BUT WANT IT IN A DIFFERENT SIZE OR CHAIN/STONE COLOR?

If you see something you like but want it a little different than as shown, then just shoot us an email. Depending on what type of changes/requests you want, your order will fall into the "Custom Order" or "Special Request" category. See the below definition explanations.

WHAT IS A "CUSTOM ORDER"?

Customers orders are any items you would like to have specific alterations on (ie engraving, shortening/lengthening, or any additions that intend on altering the original design). Sometimes customer orders can also include adding/replacing a design with a specific stone of your choice. But depending on that stone, it can also fall under what is a "Special Request" (see below). Additional charges may apply on custom orders. ALL CUSTOM ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE.

WHAT IS A "SPECIAL REQUEST"?

Special requests are items that we offer but are out of stock of. Most special requests are whole and half size rings or items you want but in different chain (ie, rose gold instead of yellow gold). Additional charges may apply on special requests (though is rare). SPECIAL REQUESTS ARE NOT FINAL SALE AND FALL UNDER OUR STANDARD RETURN POLICY.

WHAT IF MY JEWELRY BROKE?

Hey, it happens to the best of us but that's okay. If you bought a piece of jewelry from us and it broke, we can in most cases repair it. Depending on the nature of the damage, we can repair it anywhere from $8-$50. Most of our repairs cost around $8-15. The cost of repair can be greater if you've lost the stone and need to replace it with a new one or if you need a brand new chain altogether. You can email us and send a picture of the damaged to get a quote/estimate on the cost of repair before you mail us your item. Keep in mind that not all products can be repaired and we have the right to refuse any repairs if it has been beyond 90 days of purchase or show visible signs you anything beyond Normal Wear and Tear. We do not offer refunds greater than 10 days and you will are responsible for all shipping costs (See Shipping and Return Policy). If for some reason there has been a defect, we will have to investigate and approve for either a repair, replacement, or exchange. In order to be eligible, you must send us back your item following the Return Policy. Depending on the designer and nature of repair, it can take anywhere from 2 days to 30 days for repair (though most repairs take 14 days) from the time we receive it.

DO YOU DO REPAIRS ON JEWELRY THAT'S NOT FAWN'S?

We try to stay away from repairing jewelry that we cannot personally guarantee the quality of the design. But we still want to help you out so just email us with a picture and we will see what's possible.
